• As per the Section 96 & 98 of the Maharashtra Universities Act 1994, under S.548 the degrees of the students successful at the final examination are conferred on them in the ceremony of Convocation. The Convocation function is organized in the second half of the academic year. The applications of the students are invited during the period from June to October every year. The degree certificates are printed with photographs and mother’s name and then laminated. The degree certificate has several security features like Hologram; Students scanned photograph, Water mark and several others.
   
• S.548: On the recommendation of Academic Council under section 30(2) (a) Section 28 (n) read with section 98 (1) of the Act, the Management Council shall institute and confer the Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates at the Convocation to be held in accordance with the provision of Section 98 of the Act.
   
• Online application form will be available on university website. All eligible students should fill up these forms online and then take a print out of same. Attach photo copy of the final year mark sheet with fee receipt. Submit the same form at Convocation Section at university office or send it by post.
