Instructions for Plagiarism check & Submission of Ph. D. Thesis / M. Phil. Dissertation
The Ph. D. / M. Phil. students shall submit the following applications duly filled in for checking of their thesis/ dissertation for plagiarism.

1)  Instructions for final Submission of Ph.D. Thesis and Chapter “80-Recommendation” format.

2) Application Form for Plagiarism Check.

3)  Plagiarism Check Report.

4)  Certificate Regarding Originality of Research work.

All pages (First Page to Last Page) of original finalized Ph. D. thesis in continuous pdf format is essential for plagiarism checking.

Final printing of Ph. D. Thesis / M. Phil. Dissertation be done by the researcher only after ensuring the plagiarism similarity score is 10% or less than 10%.

‘No Dues Certificate’ of Barr. Balasaheb Khardekar Knowledge Resource Center

Procedure for getting ‘No Dues Certificate’ from the B.B.K.K.R.C., Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

  1. Show original plagiarism reports (as given in forms above as 1,2,3 and 4).
  2. Check the final CD (soft copy) of Ph. D. thesis / M. Phil. dissertation in the Reference Section. CD must contain all the four formats as given in ‘Instruction for submission of soft copy (Ph. D.) and get      Sign. of the concern staff from reference section on No Dues form. 
  3. Return all the periodicals, if any, at the Periodical Section and get Sign. of the concern staff from periodical section on No Dues form. 
  4. Return all the issued books along with ‘Borrower’s Ticket’, pay Overdue charges, if any, at circulation counter and get Sign. of the concern staff from circulation section on No Dues form. 
  5. Get Sign. of the Director, BBKKRC on No Dues Form after getting signatures from the Reference, Circulation and Periodical section on No Dues form. Submit one duly signed copy of No Dues Form to the Circulation Section.
