I) Instructions for final Submission of Ph.D. Thesis and Chapter “80-Recommendation” :

Instructions for Submission of Ph. D. Thesis in soft copy. (PDF)
The Ph.D. /M. Phil. students shall submit the following applications duly filled in for checking of their thesis/ dissertation for plagiarism.The applications to check the plagiarism are as below:

           1)  Application Form for Plagiarism Check. (PDF)   
           2)  Plagiarism Check Report. (PDF)
           3)  Certificate Regarding Originality of Research work. (PDF)
 

Original finalized Ph.D. thesis from First Page to Last Page in continuous pdf format is essential for plagiarism checking.After plagiarism checking, if the similarity report is 10 % or below 10 %, then only final printing of Ph.D. /M. Phil thesis/ dissertation be done by the research student.

II) Issuing of no dues Certificate by BBKKRC:

‘No Dues Certificate’of the BBKKRCwill be issued to research students only after showing original plagiarism reports (as given in forms above as 1,2 and 3) and after checking of final CD( soft copy) of Ph.D. /M. Phil thesis/ dissertationin the reference section at BBKKRC. If the CD contains all the four formats as given in ‘Instruction for submission of soft copy (Ph.D. )’ then it is certified in the reference section by Senior Library Assistant of Reference section and after completing the dues as well as returning the ‘Borrower’s Ticket’ at circulation counter , the‘No Dues Certificate’is issued by BBKKRC .

Important Note:After submission of softcopy for plagiarism check, report will be issued after two days.
