2022-23
1. Barr. Balasaheb Khardekar Knowledge Resource Centre (BBKKRC) & Department of Library and Information Science (DLISc) jointly organized one day Webinar on ‘My Library My Life’ on 24th May 2023.
2. On the occasion of Convocation, ‘Granthmahotsav 2023’ –A mega book exhibition event was organized during 28-29th March 2023.
3. The Book exhibition on the theme “Global Science for Global Wellbeing” was organized on the occasion of National Science Day (NSD) on 28th February 2023.
4. Library Orientation Programme to the new university students (P.G and Research) was organized by presenting the information regarding Library by Lecture presentation on 5th January to 6th January 2023, followed by Library Tour from 9th January to 13th January, 2023.
5. To honor the sacrifice of police personnel in Mumbai bomb blast the ‘Martyrs day’ was observed on 26th November 2022 and on the same day celebrated Indian Constitution Day.
6. Organized State level “Vacchan Prerna Din” on 15th October 2022 for all the students. On this occasion, Dr. Sunita Borde-Khadse given a wonderful talk on the topic- ‘वाचन प्रेरणा आणि तरुणाईची ध्येय प्राप्ती .
7. One day “User Awareness Program on SciFinder Database” was organized by BBKKRC for the benefit of all the P. G. and Research Students on 7th October 2022.
8. BBKKRC organized lecture on ‘वित्तीय साक्षरता आणि अर्थ स्वतंत्रता ’ for all the staff members of Library and for teachers/students of Department of Library and Information Science on 23rd September 2022. The program was supported by SEBI office, Mumbai.
9. ISO-9001:2015 Re-certification audit of Library was held on 2nd September 2022
10. Celebrated Barr. Balasaheb Khardekar Jayanti on 1st August 2022.
11.On the eve of 59th Foundation Day of Department of Library and Information Science & Barr. Balasaheb Khardekar Knowledge Resource Centre have jointly organized one day National Webinar on the theme “Research and Publication Ethics” on 22nd July 2022.
