How to get.....?

  1. How I can get Official Transcripts ?

    The revised fees for Official Transcripts for all Shivaji University Examinations (From 8th March 2010)

    • Student should apply on plain paper to the Controller of Examination, Shivaji University, Vidyanagar, Kolhapur – 416004, Maharashatra (India) specifying the reason for which the same is required, with full address and contact no. These are issued to only seeking admission in foreign universities or jobs at other countries.
    • While applying for Transcripts student should submit proper photocopies of all Statement of Marks of Degree / Diploma course (including Fail/Fail ATKT) of each attempt of April / May and November / December along with the application form. The photocopies should be arranged yearwise and attached.
    • Fees: For All Examinations
      a. For Incomplete Course (Up to the examination given) on application date. b. For Complete Course ( From Ist year to final year examination ) on application date.
      Regular Process:> Regular Fees: Rs. 300/- For each copy of Statement of Marks of each year (each Part / Semester / per attempt)
      Urgent Process: > (Within Eight days)
      Regular Fee plus Additional Fee
      Regular Fee:
      Rs. 300/- For each copy of Statement of Marks of each year (each Part / Semester / per attempt)
      Additional Fee:
      Rs. 500/- For each copy of Statement of Marks of each year (each Part / Semester / per attempt)
    • Air mail charges Rs. 250/-( min.) and Minimum Postage for Registered Post Rs- 100/-.
    • Mode of Payment :- You are requested to send / pay the required amount by Demand Draft on any Nationalized Bank payable at Kolhapur drawn in favour of “Finance and Accounts Officer” Shivaji University, Kolhapur or in cash in the University office.
    • For any difficulty Pl. contact Ph. No. - 0231- 2609112 (Statement of Marks Section).
    • Incomplete application will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in that behalf.
  2. How College/Institute/Private Co./Agency etc. can get Verification of Documents?

    For Colleges / Institutes / Private Co./Agencies etc. in India Fee for Verification - From the date of demand upto last 10 years - Rs. 250/- each and before 10 years – Rs. 500/- each Fee for Verification Rs. 200/- for each copy Rs.30/- --
    For Colleges / Institutes / Private Co./Agencies etc. in Abroad Fee for Verification - From the date of demand upto last 10 years - Rs. 1250/- each and before 10 years – Rs. 2500/- each. Fee for Verification Rs. 1000/- for each copy -- Rs.125/-

    Send proper photocopy of above document for verification along with letter.

  3. How I can get Attestation of Statement of Marks, Passing Certificate, Rank Certificate and Merit Certificate?
    * Fee for Attestation of photocopy of above document Rs. 25/- For each copy.
    **Fee for Attestation of Original of above document Rs. 50/- For each copy.

    Send * two/** one set of proper photocopy of above doucument along with application made on plain paper.

  4. How I can get Duplicate Statement of Marks?

    Particulars

    From the date of demand

    Duplicate Statement of Marks upto last 10 years Duplicate Statement of Marks before 10 years
    For combination of examinations (e.g. FE & SE) - where two Duplicate Statement of Marks printed at the seat number Rs. 200/- (Both) Rs. 300/- (Both)
    For other examinations – where only one Duplicate Statement of Marks printed at the seat number. Rs. 100/- each Rs. 150/- each

    You should have to purchase an application form for Duplicate Statement of Marks from the University Consumer Stores or to download it from the University website (www.unishivaji.ac.in). After filling all details in the form, submit it to the concerned unit of the University personally or to send it to the Controller of Examination, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

  5. How I can get Passing Certificate ?

    You should have to purchase an application form for Passing Certificate from the University Consumer Stores or to download it from the University website (www.unishivaji.ac.in). After filling all final year passing details in the form, submit it to the concerned unit of the University personally or to send it to the Controller of Examination Shivaji University, Kolhapur along with photocopy of final year Statement of Marks.

    • Passing Certificate is issued free of charge for the first time in the same academic year.
    • Subsequent copies will be supplied on payment of Rs. 100/- cash/D.D. along with application form.
  6. How I can get Merit Certificate?

    You should have to purchase an application form for Merit Certificate from the University Consumer Stores or to download it from the University website : (www.unishivaji.ac.in). After filling all final year details in the form, submit it to the concerned unit of the University personally or to send it to the Controller of Examination, Shivaji University, Kolhapur along with photocopy of final year Statement of Marks & the University merit letter.

    • Merit Certificate is issued free of charge for the first time in same academic year.
    • Subsequent copies will be supplies on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash / D.D. along with application form.
  7. How I can get Rank Certificate ?

    You should have to purchase an application form for Rank Certificate from the University Consumer Stores or to download it from the University website (www.unishivaji.ac.in) After filling all final year details in the form, submit it to the concerned unit of the University personally or to send it to the Controller of Examination Shivaji University, Kolhapur along with photocopy of your final year Statement of Marks & the University rank letter.

    Rank Certificate is issued on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash / D.D.

  8. How I can get Migration and Transfer Certificate ?
    • Application form for Migration and Transfer Certificate is available on the University website (www.unishivaji.ac.in)
    • Application form should be filled as per the given instruction on the form & signed by the principal (for regular Students only)
    • Regular Student should submit two Transfer Certificate (Original & Duplicate copy) along with photocopy of the final year Statement of Marks, Receipt of admission (New) & a college addressed envelop. The requisite fee for Migration Certificate is Rs. 130/- (including postage) (for Regular Students Only)
    • External Student should submit an application form for Migration and Transfer Certificate along with photocopy of the last attempt Statement of Marks, Receipt of admission (New) & a college addressed envelop. The requisite fee for Migration and Transfer Certificate is Rs. 180/- (including postage) (for External Students Only)
    • Applicants should write their Telephone / Mobile No. on the Migration Certificate and T.C. application form.

Important Instructions for Sr. No.1 to 8).

  • Applicants are requested to pay all sort of requisite fees & postage for above mentioned categories to the cash section of the University personally or to send by Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized bank payable at Kolhapur, Maharashtra State (India) in favour of “Finance & Accounts Officer, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.”
  • If you wants the above Transcripts / Certificates / Statement of Marks etc. to be sent under Registered Post then you should furnish a addressed envelop affixing the necessary postal stamps of Rs. 30/- (Min) or pay Rs. 30/-(Min).
  • Students are requested to furnish the details of examination ie. name / address / seat no./ month and year of examination / centre etc.
