The examination of the spatiotemporal distribution and changing pattern of rainfall & temperature at any place is a basic and essential prerequisite for the management and planning of water resources, sustainable agricultural growth, and other sectors. As a result, utilizing 120 years of long-term rainfall data and seventy years of temperature data the rainfall and temperature pattern has been analysed. The current study will focus on variability and trend analysis of yearly rainfall in different ways, including overall rainfall data statistics for seventy-four meteorological substations on an annual and seasonal basis. The current study examines all aspects of rainfall variability and trend for overall and change point wise annual and seasonal rainfall change rate in the study area
