a. Administrative approval of Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

b. Filing of IP through IPR Cell, Shivaji University, Kolhapur.

c. Procedure at Patent Office

d. Commercialization of Innovation and Revenue Generation

B. For Incidental Invention:

a. Administrative approval of Shivaji University, Kolhapur..

b. Rights sharing agreement between Shivaji University, Kolhapur and Inventor

OR

b. NOC from Shivaji university, Kolhapur

c.  Accordingly filing of IP.
