Consultancy Services and Training 

Consultancy services: 
The Department has Statistical Consultancy Unit. The unit provides statistical consultancy to the researchers in Social Sciences, Education, Management, Medical science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Sports, Environment Science, etc by charging nominal fees.

Training: 
Department organizes training programs for industry and academicians. Recently, such programs were organized at Gokul Milk Dairy, Kolhapur for process optimization and at Saroj Group of Industries, Kolhapur for Quality management tools. 

Training programs on Statistical data analysis using SPSS are being organized periodically for researchers in various disciplines.

Faculty members in the department offer statistical expertise and training on statistical software including R, Python, SPSS, MATLAB, MINITAB, SAS and MS-EXCEL to academicians in colleges and universities.
