Course Structure

Intake capacity for the M. Sc. Microbiology and Pharmaceutical microbiology courses are 35 and 30 respectively. These courses comprises 16 theory papers of four credit hours each and eight practical courses of four credit hours each. Department has developed separate course of one credit under CBCS

B) STRUCTURE OF Ph.D. DEGREE COURSE IN MICROBIOLOGY: 

Presently, 11 research students are working in the Department for Ph.D. degree. M.Phil/Ph.D. admissions are through entrance examination (PET) conducted by Departmental Research Committee (DRC).
