B.Lib.I.Sc. : One year regular programme in two semesters (Revised on basis of NEP-2020)

• Medium of Instruction: Medium of instruction shall be in English and Medium of Examination shall be in English or Marathi.
• Eligibility:  To be eligible for admission to the B. Lib. and I. Sc. programme, a candidate must have completed level 7 (Bachelor degree of three years or Six semesters) of undergraduate programme of this university or any other HEIs registered on Academic Bank of Credit Portal. The candidates before being admitted to the course shall be required to undergo the Entrance Test conducted by the Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
• Course Structure:           

                 The details of the Semester I and II Examinations shall be as under 

M.Lib.I.Sc. : One year regular programme in two semesters (Revised on basis of NEP-2020)

• Medium of Instruction: Medium of instruction shall be in English and Medium of Examination shall be in English or Marathi.
• Eligibility Candidates seeking admission to the M. Lib. and I. Sc. programme must hold Bachelor of Library and Information Science Degree (level-8) of this University or equivalent thereto of any other University. It is mandatory for students who want to seek admission to the MLISc programme; they have to apply online through the university portal.
• Course Structure:

                              The details of the Semester I and II Examinations shall be as under

Ph.D. Coursework : 

• Theory Examination: 3 theory papers: 80 marks for each paper = 240 Marks
• Internal Marks: 20 marks for each paper (Total Internal Marks = 60)
• Total Theory Marks = 240 +60 = 300 Marks
• Total teaching hours = 180 Hours
