Department has established a state of the art research facility in terms of laboratories and equipments. A number of grants for establishment of an advanced biotechnology center are being received from Government of Maharashtra and DBT, New Delhi under the DBT-SUK Interdisciplinary Program for Life Science Research and Education Program.
