The course is spread over 10 semesters. Each semester have five compulsory subject and four laboratory courses. The course structure will be as per 80:20 pattern, 80 marks for theory paper and 20 marks for internal tests. The internal examination will be conducted internally. Along with credit based subject, there is availability of non-credit subjects such as communication skills, Environmental science, personality development, technical and scientific writing, open source tools and webinar in Nanoscience, societal implication of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology etc. The detail course structure is give below.
