On
18th April, Dr. babasaheb Ambedkar Birth Anniversary was celebrated by Shivaji
University. The program began at 8.45 A. M. Prof. N. J. Pawar Hon. Vice
Chancellor paid homage to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar by garlanding his photo. All
the officers of the University, Faculty & students also paid tribute to late
Dr. Ambedkar.
This
was followed by lecture on ‘ Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar: A thinker’ delivered by
Dr. B. M. Hiredekar, Controller of Examinations & an eminent thinker. Dr. D.
V. Muley, Registrar of the University proposed vote of thanks.
