Since June 2008, the tress passing through University Campus
is stopped by University Security Cell. Basically these measures were taken,
considering the safety and security of university students and property.
However, the reduced movement of vehicles resulted firstly in less pollution
and green atmosphere and several good results are observed regarding
Biodiversity.
The rabbits at
night are frequently seen on roads after 8:00 pm. The peacocks on campus are
giving alarms early in the morning for residents. On 16th October a
rare animal Anteater was found near Geography Building.
