Two book released

          On the birth anniversary of Dr. A. G. Pawar, two books prepared by the Chhatrapati Shahu Centre of Maratha History were released at the hands of Dr. M. M. Salunkhe – Hon’ble Vice-chancellor, while releasing the book Dr. Salunkhe lauded the efforts of the centre to publish two books.

 

The first book deals with social life during the Maratha period and the second book written by Dr. Radhika Sheshan on “From the first Urbanization to the Urban Revolution”, is based on Mrs. Seetabai Kulkarni lecture delivered by Dr. Sheshan.

            Dr. A. R. Bhosale, HOD, history welcomed guests and Dr. M. A. Lohar, Director of the Centre proposed vote of thanks.
